A MID-WINTER MAIN FOR A PEPPERY GRAMPIANS SHIRAZ

Chargrilled, aged organic oyster blade, served on a deliciously rustic mash of Dutch cream potatoes, broccoli, green peas, kale and seeded mustard, drizzled with a rich red wine and spring onion jus.

  1. Great jumping food pictures, you must be related to Australian's foodiest wine blogger, Ed of the Wino Sapien!

At this stage of the day, I'd give almost anything to be in front of that epic meal Chris - your cooking?

  2. Thanks Via :)

Outside of the 'blogspot.com' I don't think I'm related to Ed, but I do appreciate the comparison because he's certainly a favourite of mine. :)

The common thread to all the meals presented in this format on the website is that they're all cooked at my house, but they're not all necessarily mine. This delicious beast was actually created by a very good friend of mine, Casey, whose accreditation has appeared briefly on this site from time to time. He's a top bloke! ;)

    Cheers,
    Chris P
