I've seen many a wine critic explain a wine's fruit association in very descriptive, right down to a certain strain of fruit terms; but when it comes to sav blanc and that 'cat pee' descriptor, that's about as far as it goes. Surely someone out there has a better grasp of urine aromas, whom might be able to help us wine tragics out with a more detailed account of what that aroma truly is ;)
oh so very true!
